What is the Tech Radar?

The Tech Radar is a snapshot of technologies we're currently using, evaluating, or monitoring. It's divided into four rings:

Adopt - Technologies we have high confidence in and actively use
Trial - Worth pursuing in projects that can handle the risk
Assess - Worth exploring to understand their impact
Hold - Proceed with caution or reconsider
